1. Do I need prior experience with tarot or spiritual work?
No. This course is designed for both beginners and those already familiar with tarot or self-development. Tarot is used as a reflective tool — not for prediction — so no prior knowledge is required. You will be guided step by step through every stage.
2. Is this therapy or psychological counseling?
No. The Fool’s Journey is a spiritual self-awareness and coaching program. While it supports emotional healing and personal growth, it is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or professional mental health treatment. It is a guided inner work journey rooted in reflection and spiritual development.
3. How does the personal coaching work?
Each week, you complete a guided worksheet based on one Major Arcana archetype. You send your reflections by email, and your personal coach (Caitlin or Gerly) responds with thoughtful, individualized feedback. You move forward only after your reflections are reviewed and integrated, ensuring meaningful growth.
4. How much time should I expect to commit each week?
Most participants spend 1–3 hours per week on reflection and integration. The pace is intentional and gentle. This is not a rushed transformation; it is deep, sustainable inner work.
5. Is this a group course or private coaching?
It is a structured 22-week journey with limited enrollment, but the coaching itself is personal and one-on-one via email. There are no Zoom calls or public sharing unless you choose to share your experience independently.

Digital products and personal services (eg, tarot readings, counseling sessions, courses) are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions at our discretion.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift during purchase and were shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equivalent to the return's value. Upon receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the goods were not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present it to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
